Sonoma Weekend Away

One of the best parts of living in San Francisco is that just a short car ride away, Sonoma Valley awaits you with open arms.  This laid back valley is pure ecstasy to those wine connoisseurs or just heaven to wine newbies.  Either way, with great wine comes amazing cuisine.  Some of the best restaurants in the world can be found here.  My goal one day is to actually get into one since the wait list is crazy long.  However, the restaurants without Michelin stars are also pretty darn good.  So here’s a little bit of cuisine and alcohol that I experience in the beautiful Sonoma Valley.

Actually… started in Santa Rosa! If you love beer, this is the place for you! The Russian River Brewing Company voted one of the best beers in the company, many times over! Known for the Pliny the Edler (People kill for this beer).  They also have great and simple bar food.
